You can still register for our Youth Tennis Program online! Just follow these instructions:1. Link: http://www.midwestteamtennis.com/Hompage.htm
2. Click on "Register Online Today, click here"
3. Go in as "New User"
4. Select "Program: Midwest Youth Team Tennis, k-5th grade" Continue
5. Select "Location: Wisconsin" Continue
6. Under make your selection: chose "DeForest Area Team Tennis" Scroll to bottom of page, "Continue"
7. Then follow directions from there
8. Must use Debit/Credit Card to pay online. If you need to pay with check or money order, let us know and we can email you a form to fill out and mail back with your payment.
